1. Introduction

At Welvita, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning your products under certain conditions.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. 3. Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions.

• The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

4. Return procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at lassecom24@gmail.com or to obtain a return number and detailed instructions.

2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.

3. Ship the product to the following address:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at lassecom24@gmail.com for instructions on how to do this.

7. Products not eligible for return

Some products cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Products on sale or clearance.
